CrackleMate™ is a clear additive that transforms Set Coat® bonding paint or acrylic latex paint to create crackling paint. The CrackleMate™/paint mixture is then applied over Aqua Size™ once it has set and is tacky.

Normal addition is 30% CrackleMate™ to 70% paint. Do not exceed 60% when adding to any paint material. CrackleMate™ added to Set Coat® bonding paint produces very good results. When adding CrackleMate™ to latex paint, varying degrees of success depend upon the particular brand of paint and the amount added.
